Charity Constitution Review and Amendment Needed

We're a small registered charity based in England that's been running for about eight years. We need our constitution reviewed and updated to reflect how we actually operate now and to ensure we're compliant with current Charity Commission guidance. Some of our governance structures have drifted from the original document, and we want to formalise changes properly. We've had some trustee turnover recently and want everything clear and tight before our next annual review.
