Got hit from behind last month and my neck has been killing me. Been going to physical therapy and it is costing a lot. The other driver's insurance keeps asking me to settle but i have no idea what a fair amount is. How much compensation should i expect for whiplash? i just want to know what the typical range is so i do not get lowballed.
