My ex and i have agreed on how to split things after our divorce and we want to put it in writing as a consent order. We are on quite good terms and neither of us wants to fight about it. The question is whether we actually need to pay a solicitor to sort this out or if we can do it ourselves somehow? We are trying to keep costs down if possible.
